COLUMBUS, Oh. (WSAZ) -A week one battle between two of the top three teams in college football went to #3 Ohio State. They beat #1 Texas in Columbus 14-7 Saturday afternoon behind a staunch defense that didn’t give up any points until the 3:28 mark of the fourth quarter.

The Buckeyes got their two scores from a CJ Donaldson rushing touchdown and a pass from Julian Sayin to Carnell Tate.

Ohio State hosts Grambling next Saturday.
