MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WSAZ) - The West Virginia Mountaineers used a strong second half to overpower Robert Morris 45-3 in the season opener for both teams. WVU scored 35 points in the final 30 minutes as they outgained the Colonials 625-123 in total offense. Quarterback Nicco Marchiol threw one touchdown and 224 yards while the rushing attack ran for 393 yards.
