IOWA CITY — The Iowa football program kicks off the 2025 season on Saturday with a matchup against UAlbany.
Kick off is set for 5 p.m. from Kinnick Stadium with broadcast coverage provided by Fox Sports 1 and the Hawkeye Radio Network.
A win on Saturday means Hawkeye head coach Kirk Ferentz matches Ohio State coaching legend Woody Hayes as the winningest coach in Big Ten history with 205 victories.
Saturday also marks Mark Gronowski's quarterback debut for Iowa. The South Dakota State transfer won the starting job during fall camp after throwing for more than 10,000 yards in four years as a Jackrabbit.
