Frank Lampard remains calm as Coventry City’s transfer business goes to the last day of the summer window.

The Sky Blues have brought in just three new signings so far, only one of whom – goalkeeper Carl Rushworth – is a regular in the first team while full-backs Kaine Kelser-Hayden and Miguel Brau have so far played bit parts from the bench in the league.

Lampard is keen to add a replacement centre-back for Luis Binks, who last month moved to Brondby, and City have actively been pursuing Hull’s Charlie Hughes and Ipswich Town’s Luke Woolfenden.
