DANVILLE — Mary Catherine Roberson, a lifelong Danville resident, is the Parade Marshal for the 2025 Labor Day Parade in Danville.

The Vermilion County, Illinois Federation of Labor AFL-CIO is the sponsor of the parade that will start at 9:30 a.m. on Labor Day Monday in Danville. The parade, which a news release for the Illinois Federation of Labor calls the largest in Southern Illinois, starts at the corner of Williams and Vermilion streets going south to the corner of Main and Vermilion streets.
