Ruben Selles conceded his Sheffield United side came up against a very good team in Middlesbrough , but felt they were competitive as pressure grows on the Blades boss.

Taking over from former Boro boss Chris Wilder after Sheffield United lost last season’s play-off final, Selles has had a disastrous start to life in the Bramall Lane hotseat. Boro’s 1-0 win at the Riverside was a fourth straight defeat for the former Reading and Hull City boss.
