LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A Lexington man has died after falling in a pond while fishing.

Fayette County Coroner Gary Ginn has identified the man as James Langston, 43 years old.

He was taken to the hospital in critical condition and pronounced dead later that night.

Coroner Ginn says in a release that the death is being investigated as an accidental drowning.
