Saturday night’s Powerball drawing did not yield a winner, but players in Illinois and Indiana did collect some big prizes in the game.
The drawing Saturday was for a jackpot worth an estimated $1 billion, but no one matched all five numbers and the Powerball, meaning that the next drawing on Monday will be for an even larger prize.
As of Sunday morning, that estimated jackpot stands at $1.1 billion, with a cash value of nearly $500 million.
