An employee of the Department of Justice (DOJ) was terminated from her position on Friday following an investigation into her conduct toward National Guard members stationed in Washington, D.C. According to a statement from Attorney General Pam Bondi, the action was taken due to what she described as “inappropriate conduct.”
The employee, Elizabeth Baxter, worked as a paralegal in the DOJ’s environmental division. The termination came after a review of multiple incidents that reportedly occurred this month at the DOJ’s 4CON building.
