Emmerdale viewers believe they've figured out who else is trapped in John Sugden's secret bunker alongside Mackenzie Boyd.

Mackenzie (played by Lawrence Robb) was assaulted by the clandestine killer, John Sugden (portrayed by Oliver Farnworth), last week after he deduced that John was responsible for Nate Robinson's (Jurrell Carter) murder last year and the subsequent disposal of his body in a lake.

In a desperate bid to prevent Mack from escaping, a high-stakes confrontation ensued in the woods, during which John shot Mack with an arrow and seemed to finish him off with a rock.

However, in a shocking turn of events, it was unveiled that a severely injured Mack is actually alive and being held prisoner by John in a hidden underground bunker in the woods.
