An Indiana woman was arrested after entering a correctional facility allegedly with contraband.

According to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, 29-year-old Danice M. Hood of Patriot, Indiana, went to the Western Kentucky Correctional Complex to visit an inmate. Hood was searched as a matter of procedure upon entering the facility. The search by corrections officers reportedly uncovered a marijuana cigarette on her person. That’s when the officers called the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.

Hood was arrested and charged with promoting contraband and possession of marijuana. She was booked into the Crittenden County Detention Center.
