AUBURN — It's just one week in a 12-game season, and it ended with a victory for Auburn football , which went on the road and handed Baylor a 38-24 defeat on Friday. But for as much success as the Tigers found from their offense, their defense clearly faced some struggles, which head coach Hugh Freeze discussed Monday.

Auburn 's rushing attack carried it to Friday's result, generating 307 yards offense, but Baylor out-gained the Tigers 483-415 by way of a dominating effort from quarterback Sawyer Robertson. He completed 56.3% of his passes and generated 419 yards and three touchdowns, including 13 completions of 15 or more yards.
