After Kansas State football escaped with a win over North Dakota, Wildcats coach Chris Klieman was so disappointed in one aspect of his defense that he described it as "awful" twice.
"Our eye discipline was awful, awful," Klieman said after the game.
Two days later, Klieman and the Wildcats are getting ready for their Week 2 game against Army. With the Black Knights running the triple-option offense, the eye discipline will be put to the ultimate test.
"The guys who have eye-discipline are going to be the ones who are going to play," Klieman said Monday. "That's a huge, huge concern to us. If you don't have eye-discipline, it's going to be a really long day for you."
