NORFOLK, Neb. (KOLN) - A man was arrested Friday morning after allegedly firing a gun out of his bedroom window, injuring one person.
According to an arrest affidavit, officers were dispatched to the 800 block of South 14th Place for a report of a disturbance and possible gunfire around 1:50 a.m.
It shows 22-year-old Adrian Gallegos told officers he was woken up by an alert from his security camera on his phone. When he looked at the footage, he saw people standing in the street near where his truck was parked.
Gallegos opened a bedroom window, shouted at them to leave the area and then fired a single round from a firearm, police said. The firearm also had a laser attachment that shined onto the street.
