Possible fog for early Tuesday

Cold front arrives on Wednesday

Significant drop in temps later in the week

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - As we head into Monday evening, skies remain quiet across southern Wisconsin, with light winds and temperatures dropping into the mid-50s. Overnight, patchy fog is likely to form in the usual low-lying areas west of Madison and near the Kettle Moraine. Any fog that develops will fade quickly after sunrise on Tuesday.

Tuesday will be the last warm and quiet day before bigger changes arrive. Highs climb into the upper 70s, and skies stay mostly sunny. By Tuesday night, however, showers and thunderstorms become more likely as a cold front pushes into the region. Click Here for Interactive Radar
