RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) -- A Durham chiropractor was arrested Monday on a felony charge in connection with a peeping incident in Raleigh, police said.

According to the Raleigh Police Department, the incident happened on September 1 at the Best Buy on Capital Boulevard.

Police said 28-year-old Jeremy Rolow of Raleigh used a cellphone to secretly record the victim, who was in a private restroom stall.

Rolow, who works at Durham Chiropractic Injury Center, is facing one count of felony secret peeping, according to records. His secured bond was set at $5,000.

Rolow's first court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon at the Wake County Justice Center, courtroom 304, documents said.
