FOUNTAIN TOWNSHIP, Minn. - One person was hurt in a collision Monday involving an SUV and a farm tractor.

The Minnesota State Patrol says a 2015 John Deere tractor driven by Nolan Aaron Schatz, 16 of Cresco, Iowa, and a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Steven Andrew Baker, 69 of Fountain, were both heading south on Highway 52 when they crashed near Jade Road just before 4:30 pm.

Baker suffered what are described as non-life threatening injuries and was taken to St. Marys Hospital in Rochester for treatment. Schatz was unharmed.

The Fillmore County Sheriff's Office, Preston Police Department, Preston Fire Department, and Preston Ambulance all assisted at the scene.
