BANGOR, Maine — A Mississippi man was arrested early Monday after police say he fired shots from a moving vehicle in a Bangor neighborhood.
Officers responded to the old Capehart area after receiving multiple calls about a person in a white sedan firing a handgun while driving, Bangor police said in a press release. A caller provided security camera footage that appeared to show the incident, according to police.
Officers identified the suspect as Trai Moore, 24, of Gulfport, Mississippi, and found him at a motel on Odlin Road, the release stated. After a brief standoff in which Moore refused to exit his car, police took him into custody, officials said.
