This week’s candidates:

Mak Anderson, Mountain View Prep: Anderson completed 10 of 12 passes for 238 yards and a touchdown while also running six times for three TDs and 50 yards in a 43-14 win against Southside Christian.

Ty’Qwon Booker, Broome: Booker rushed for 219 yards and three touchdowns on 21 carries in a 35-34 overtime home victory against Chesnee. He also had three catches for 23 yards.

Muntu Brown, Wren: Brown had 13 carries for 187 yards and three touchdowns in a 50-21 win against Easley.

Aiden Gibson, Woodruff: Gibson ran for 113 yards and three touchdowns and caught six passes for 85 yards and another TD in a
