BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - A woman is dead after a crash in Birmingham Sunday night.

Tiara Latrice Shantell Jordan, 31, of Birmingham, was pronounced dead at UAB Hospital after she collided head-on with another vehicle in the 3300 block of Grants Mill Road just before 7:30 a.m.

The Birmingham Police Department is investigating what caused the wreck.
