WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) - A Warren woman is facing charges of DUI refusal and child endangering following a crash in Warren Saturday.

Officers were called about 1:40 a.m. to the area of McMyler Street NW and Parkman Road NW on reports of a car that crashed into a parked vehicle.

When officers arrived, they encountered the driver, Adorare Brown, 21, who officers said smelled of alcohol and had slurred speech. She also fell backward into the car while trying to get out, and officers said she had "no clue" that she was involved in a crash, according to a police report.

Brown refused field sobriety and breath tests, according to the police report. She was immediately arrested.
