Bill Belichick badly needs a fresh start after his disastrous debut on Monday night against the TCU Horned Frogs.

Millions of people couldn’t wait for this game. The hype was real. The celebrities came out. It felt like Deion Sanders’ debut with the Colorado Buffaloes a few years ago.

Unfortunately, after scoring the game’s first seven points, it would all go downhill from there. TCU scored 41 unanswered points on the way to a 48-14 win over North Carolina in Belichick’s first game as head coach.

The Horned Frogs led 20-7 at halftime and simply never looked back as the Tar Heels would score one final touchdown in the fourth quarter to end the terrible night. Following the game, even TCU’s X account took shots at Belichick.
