SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — Monarch butterflies are loved by many people for their colorful features, but officials in Iowa are asking folks to do more than just watch these insects.
Each fall, monarch butterflies travel through Iowa as they head down to Mexico. Researchers with the Iowa Monarch Conservation Consortium are asking landowners to help document this migration.
