With temperatures in the Gulf topping 50°C (around 120° Fahrenheit) this summer, people in Dubai found a way to stay fit. During the month of August, nine of the city’s biggest malls transformed into indoor running tracks. Organizers recorded more than 120 million steps - and the ‘Mallathon’ even secured a Guinness World Record for the most runners in a mall run event. CNN’s Bijan Hosseini went to try it out.
