ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A man has been charged in the death of his girlfriend at a St. Louis school in 2019.

Marquise Quinn, 26, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Kristina Curry, 16.

Charging documents state that Quinn, who was 20 at the time of the murder, and Curry were involved in a romantic relationship, and that Curry believed she had become pregnant with his child. The two had texted about meeting at Roosevelt High School on May 22, 2019. The area where Curry’s body was found matched the area where Quinn had told her to meet him.

Curry was found fatally shot on the Roosevelt High School grounds by school employees the morning of May 23, 2019. Police said she had been shot several times, and five 9mm shell casings were found near her body.
