Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker said his office believes staging for ramped up federal enforcement in the Chicago area has already begun and revealed new insights on a potential National Guard deployment in the city.

Speaking just moments after President Donald Trump told reporters "we're going in" when asked about sending troops to Chicago, Pritzker held an address in which he continued to criticize the move and warned residents, particularly immigrants, of what could be next.
