Depth at the skill positions was something Farmington head coach Jason Albrecht was boasting prior to the start of the season.

Seems he may have been onto something, both with the players the team had returning, and some ones who didn’t suit up for the Falcons for last year’s 7-4 campaign.

It’s not that the name on the back of the Falcons’ quarterback’s jersey is unfamiliar. OAA Blue opponents remember the name Pesci, but more likely Dominic, not his younger brother and current starter Vincent.

Dominic, who had a good view over the offensive line at 6-foot-5, was a strong-armed slinger who led the Falcons to a league title three years ago. He threw for 1,642 yards and 19 touchdowns as a senior, and 4,100 yards with 57 TDs throughout his time at Farmington before heading to Ashland Unive
