TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - A city of Tucson employee was hit by a vehicle while working near Broadway and Fourth Avenue on Tuesday, Sept. 2.
The city confirmed a Department of Transportation and Mobility employee was doing crack seal work in the area when they were hit.
The worker was not seriously injured and declined to be transported to the hospital, the city told 13 News.
“We are very thankful that our employee escaped serious injury,” the city said.
