LUBBOCK, Texas -- Texas Tech confirmed that its 2030 game versus Arkansas will now be played at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on August 31.
The programs had initially agreed to a two game series, with a home game for each team. Following the update, the former Southwest Conference foes will now reunite at a marquee neutral site location, adding potential national attention to the matchup.
The Razorbacks and Red Raiders will still play the second game of their two-game split in Fayetteville in 2031. In addition, Arkansas will make its return to Lubbock in 2034 for a single game to fulfill the original home-and-home agreement.
