MINNEAPOLIS — Vice President JD Vance and Second Lady Usha Vance will visit Minneapolis Wednesday, exactly one week after a deadly shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church .
Two kids, Fletcher Merkel and Harper Moyski, were killed in the shooting on Aug. 27. More than a dozen were injured, most of whom were children attending a back-to-school Mass. The shooter died by suicide.
