MINNEAPOLIS — A 32-year-old man was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon at the Chicago and Lake Transit Center in south Minneapolis, just steps away from the Midtown Global Market, according to Minneapolis police.
Authorities said they are still searching for the man responsible after he ran away following the shooting. Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara said he does not believe the incident is connected to other recent shootings in the area. According to O'Hara, this shooting followed a fight between the two men and was not a random act.
