SHREVEPORT, La. — People living at a Shreveport apartment complex are raising concerns about their water bills not being paid by the owner.
Last week, people at the Cambridge Court 2 Apartments were told their water would get cut off because the owner, Jeff Hogan a former Shreveport city councilman, was not paying the bills.
As of now, city officials said the water will still stay on after owner and former Shreveport City Councilman Jeff Hogan agreed to a payment. But the water bill isn’t the only thing Hogan is behind on.
“That’s a horrible feeling knowing that y'all raised the rent, for the owners just not to be paying the water bill?” said tenant Alexander Gray.
