The biggest head coach hire in high school football this past offseason was La Salle's hiring of Dan Koppen to replace Geoff Marcone, and the former New England Patriots star’s debut couldn’t have gone better .

But that was not the only head coaching debut we’ll see in 2025.

When Week 1 games are played, six coaches will make their head coaching debuts. Two other familiar faces will find themselves starting anew in different places.
