GRANT COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) – It was an incredible rescue caught on camera. Heavy rain on Saturday led to flooding in Grant County and a dramatic scene when a woman, a six-year-old, and a dog were stuck on their truck, which flipped to its side in rushing flood waters.
