Following months of inactivity, stranding a disadvantaged population in a beaten-down affordable housing complex in Harrisburg, a county judge has appointed a receiver to take charge of fixing the development.

Midtown Asset Consulting, LLC now faces the monumental task of repairing the dilapidated Governor’s Square properties as receiver over Uptown Partners, which declared bankruptcy in 2023.
