Central Pennsylvania had the chance to see isolated afternoon showers on Tuesday with a gradual warming trend, followed by more significant storm chances later in the week.

A cold front approaching Thursday will bring widespread shower potential, the first significant rainfall in a couple of weeks, with another storm system expected Saturday.

Daytime temperatures will remain near seasonal averages, with light southerly winds developing on Wednesday.

Isolated showers are possible mainly in mountainous areas today, with minimal precipitation expected. Patchy fog may form overnight as dewpoints rise, though recent dry conditions will limit fog development.
