MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond will host its first District Dialogues event in West Virginia at West Virginia University in the Erickson Alumni Center in Morgantown Wednesday.

The community is encouraged to attend the program, “Unlocking Rural Potential: Identifying and Addressing the Barriers to Rural Investment.” The program will highlight research and data, local expertise, in an open setting to better understand the challenges and opportunities for economic growth and community development in rural areas.
