NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio — Ruth Miller, whose husband and 4-year-old son during the weekend of Aug. 23-24, was booked into the Tuscarawas County Jail on Monday.

According to court records, Miller is expected to appear in New Philadelphia Municipal Court for a bond hearing and preliminary hearing on Friday, Sept. 5, at 9 a.m.

On Sept. 2, Judge Nanette VonAllman ordered Miller to have no contact "with protected persons."

Following the incident, Miller had been in a secure hospital for mental health from Aug. 23 to Sept. 1.

Previously, the Tuscarawas County Sheriff's Office announced that Miller had been charged with two counts of aggravated murder, two counts of domestic violence and one count of endangering children.
