Kemi Badenoch has been mocked on social media over her latest PMQs disaster after she failed to land a blow on Keir Starmer over Angela Rayner’s tax affairs.

The Tory leader and prime minister faced off less than an hour after Rayner admitted to failing to pay enough stamp duty on a flat she bought in Hove four months ago.

The deputy PM has referred herself to the ministerial sleaze watchdog and admitted to Sky News that she had considered resigning over the affair.

But despite the story quickly dominating the political agenda at Westminster, Badenoch chose not to use all of her allotted six questions to put Starmer under pressure over the controversy.
