The conversion of downtown Calgary’s historic Barron Building — bedevilled by engineering and financial challenges and delays — should be complete and ready to welcome residential tenants next spring, says the company behind the project.
And officials said the naming of an anchor tenant, a well-known Calgary restaurant, shows the project’s promise and should add to its ability to attract residents.
