PLANO, Texas — The Plano Senior High School Wildcats girls volleyball team pulled off an incredible upset over the top-ranked Allen Eagles in straight sets on Tuesday.

Plano, ranked No. 24 in the state, defeated the No. 2-ranked Allen Eagles 3-0 (25-23, 25-20, 25-23).

Plano was led offensively by Madeline Garcia and Taylor Pitts, who each notched nine kills apiece, according to MaxPreps . Savannah Osborn set up many of those kills with her 17 assists in the game. Defensively, Destiny Seaward led the way with a team-high five blocks.

Tuesday's upset continues a hot streak for the Wildcats, who have won nine of their last 11 matches. The Wildcats are 18-5 on the season and 2-0 in district play.
