Controversial Fosse Park plans to convert one shop into two units are set to be scrutinised by planning officials once more. Proposals have been twice backed by council bosses already, but the plan has sparked much controversy, including an objection from Leicester's Highcross shopping centre.
Last year, Wexford Retail LP, on behalf of Fosse Park, were given permission from Blaby District Council (BDC) to convert one existing unit on site into two new stores. The plan was backed for a second time earlier this year, but that came after Highcross officials had objected to the plans.
