NORTHWEST FLORIDA (WKRG) — Five people in Northwest Florida who were found to be in the country illegally were convicted in August, according to the Department of Justice.
The five individuals had previously been removed from the country and were found to be back in the United States without permission or approval, according to a DOJ news release.
The five people convicted include: • Honduran national Wilson Omar Hernandez-Ramos, who was removed in August 2018, was found in Escambia County in April 2025. • Mexican national Juan Martinez-Hernandez, who was removed in November 2013, 2017, and May 2022. He was found in Santa Rosa County in April 2025. • Guatemalan national Maximo Solis-Xec, who was removed in August 2018, was found in Santa Rosa County in May 2025. • Honduran nation
