A man allegedly fired a handgun , wounding two people, after he was punched in the face during an argument at a bar in far East El Paso over the Labor Day weekend, a prosecutor said.

Trevion Damarcus Kimbrough, 26, faces two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with a shooting at the Tipsy Tiger on Saturday, Aug. 30, court officials said at a teleconference bond hearing on Tuesday, Sept. 2.

A man and a woman were each shot in the hand about 3 a.m. in the bar's patio area while agents with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission were outside the Tipsy Tiger, 11380 Montwood Drive, on a separate assignment.
