Kemi Badenoch has claimed that Sir Keir Starmer is "too arrogant to admit he got things wrong".
The Conservative Party leader made the criticism during Prime Minister's Questions at the House of Commons on Wednesday, as she pressed Mr Starmer on borrowing costs, unemployment and future tax rises.
In the first PMQs since MPs returned from the summer recess, Ms Badenoch also took aim at Angela Rayner and Rachel Reeves .
The attack came shortly after the Deputy Prime Minister admitted she underpaid stamp duty on her second home in Hove, referring herself to the independent ethics adviser.
Mrs Badenoch suggested Sir Keir should sack her, but the Prime Minister said he was "very proud to sit alongside" his deputy.
