BAY CITY, MI — A Bay City man has received a probationary sentence for drunkenly causing a traffic crash that left him and two others hospitalized.

Bay County District Judge Mark E. Janer on Aug. 28 sentenced Jason M. Samborn, 28, to 18 months of probation. He also ordered Samborn to pay $1,465 in fines and costs, of which $100 has been paid as of Wednesday, Sept. 3.
