One in four secondary school students don't see a career in film as a viable option – because they don't have any connections in the industry. ‌

Research involving 500 students aged 13 to 18 revealed that a whopping 68 per cent are unsure about which school subjects could equip them with the skills needed for a career in film and TV . Shockingly, two-thirds (67 per cent) said they wouldn't even consider a career in the sector. With a third of these (34 per cent)
