A surprising one in 20 adults believe they could build a house using only online tutorials as guidance. This astonishing overconfidence was revealed in a survey of 2,000 adults, with many convinced they could crack a crime like a detective, triumph in a pub quiz single-handedly, and even navigate to a new location without a map. ‌
