The 3rd Annual Royal Iron Strength Classic Strongman/Strongwoman Competition is set to take place this Sunday, (September 7) at Red Deer Bottling Co. Ltd., with doors opening at 10:30 a.m.

The strongman and strongwoman competition, hosted by Royal Iron Strength owner Nick Ris, promises feats of power, community spirit, and support for a good cause.

This year’s charity partner is The Mustard Seed’s School Lunch Program, timed perfectly with the back-to-school season.

Entry to the competition is free, though cash donations are encouraged and to boost fundraising efforts, Kipp Scott GMC Buick has pledged to match donations up to $1,000.
