Pennsylvania has reason to be both proud and ashamed of the recently announced U.S. News school rankings for public schools.

The Julia R. Masterman Secondary School in Philadelphia ranked first in the state and fourth in the nation, with an overall score of 99.96 out of 100. Wow.
